We carried out a full demolition of the former dye works in Rawdon, Leeds, the site was 7 acres in total. All concrete slabs and foundations were removed and crushed onsite for reuse, a total of 15,000 tonnes were processed for reuse. 2000 tonnes of walling stone was recovered from the site for reuse. Our team removed Notifiable and Non Notifiable asbestos.
There was a full refurbishment work and soft tip to the mills that were listed. The demolition was carried out in various stages on a listed mill that was structurally unsafe for rebuild.
