Construction & demolition waste recycling is the collection, transportation, and disposal of material and other waste that is produced while construction process. It involves recycling the waste material and making it fit to be reused and treating & disposing non-recyclable material in a safe and efficient manner.

The dismantling of buildings & structures and reuse of materials or recycling and reuse is how MDL approach all of their demolition projects. Environmentally efficient methodologies are used to achieve sustainability satisfying our clients requirements. Health and Safety standards on our projects are consistent, with Metropolitan’s trained employees displaying their knowledge and experience.

Social responsibility is a high priority at Metropolitan Demolition and Environmental protection is regarded as a fundamental part of our operation and it is taken into consideration by all members of staff.
We carefully manage all our projects to reduce any potential environmental impacts. We strive to maximise the recycling potential on all project sites and aim to recycle at least 90% of demolition arisings.

At Metropolitan we process all site material to be reused as necessary onsite, therefore reducing Co2 emissions, carbon footprint and the need for material to be taken offsite to landfill. Processed recycled material is produced by our crushers and screens.
